The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on Monday announced it has added U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-Willsboro, to its list of targeted House races in 2018.
The 21st Congressional District, where Stefanik is the incumbent, is one of 20 Republican seats added Monday to the DCCC "offensive battlefield" races, according to the press release.
Be seeing you, Elise.
I hope you succeed in flushing her away -- and may many more of that ilk be added to the list!
ReplyDeleteYeah, what's the sense of living in the liberal northeast if you're going to have a Republican rep? There's about a half dozen contenders lined up for the Democratic ticket. The most active is a 28 year old guy who worked on the campaigns of last two Dem candidates. He seems really sharp. Trump was the first GOP presidential candidate to carry the district since Reagan. So, it's pretty moderate. Hopefully we can join with many other districts in taking back the House. The Senate will be an uphill battle in 2018. We're already doing our part there with Schumer and Gillibrand.
